YOGA/KICKBOXING AND TAEKWONDO
OUR MISSION: TO HELP STRENGTHEN THE MIND, BODY AND SPIRIT THAT GOD HAS GIVEN YOU
YOGA/KICKBOXING Switch-n-Sweat meets on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 5:30-6:15, at Park Church (1496 W. 32nd Street just west of Teusink's Farm). What is it? Switch-and-Sweat is a 45 minute exercise class for women, designed to burn calories while improving balance, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance.
We are adding a cardio/strength training class, beginning Saturdday morning, January 6, from 8:30-9:15. This is open to women and men of all abilities.
A typical workout includes:
• Strengthening and stretching (Yoga “inspired” moves)
• Basic cardio exercises (at your own pace, Tabata-style)
• Strength work with either hand weights, exercise balls, or resistance bands (equipment provided)
• Abdominal work
Bring: Comfortable work-out clothes and a positive attitude! All equipment is provided. No need to register – just show up!

TAE KWON DO
Park church sponsors a Christian based Martial Arts Club, offering Tae Kwon Do classes at a variety of times throughout the week.
Class Times and Days - no Saturday classes will be offered.
Tae Kwon Do:
Monday Evening: 5:30 - 6:15 p.m. - Little Ninja (Children's)
6:30-7:25 pm - Young Adult/Family Mix
7:30-8:30 pm - Black Belt
Tuesday: 6:30 to 7:25 pm - Young Adults/Adults/Family Mix
Thursday: 6:30 to 7:25 pm - Young Adults/Family Mix
7:30-8:30 p.m. - Black Belt
Tae Kwon Do: $40 for uniform and $40 for registration.
Once you are a student it is a free will donation-based ministry.
